1. Get pregnant (twice in 15 months to maximize results)
2. Breastfeeding is more effective than cardio
3. Skip HIIT and chase your toddler around while carrying your other huge Baby
4. Don’t sleep much, you loose your appetitweise
5. Drink loads of water, you will be drained due to aforementioned breastfeeding

So, here is me 4 months postpartum, so “genuinely” happy as you can see..
